MICHAEL E.

Mike is a Navy Chief and 12-year active-duty member of Naval Special Warfare Command. Since joining the Navy in 2010, Mike has completed multiple deployments in support of the Global War on Terror and other initiatives. Born and raised on the South Shore of Massachusetts, Mike spent his childhood on the water, sports field and ski mountains of New Hampshire. After graduating from Denison University with a degree in Economics, Mike chose to enlist in the Navy and went to BUD/S in 2010. His career has brought him all around the world but he has returned to the Boston area this year to pursue a Master’s degree in Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management. Mike seeks to leverage his experience in the program to establish an enlisted advanced education program for senior enlisted members of Naval Special Warfare to earn a degree at a top-tier graduate school before returning to their unit to continue active service. Upon completion of his program, Mike will return to his East Coast SEAL Team for the remainder of his career. When not at work or school, Mike enjoys spending time at the lake or on a ski mountain with his wife and two children.
