Rhett is an active-duty U.S. Navy SEAL with over eight years of service and is currently a Naval Special Warfare Instructor in San Diego, CA. He trains the tactics, techniques, and procedures of the West Coast-based SEAL Teams during their unit-level training for deployment.

Rhett has deployed to the middle east and pacific theatres, conducted direct action missions, trained and advised allied partner forces, and led small units through domestic and international training evolutions and operations supporting the United States Armed Forces.

Before joining the military, Rhett completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Oklahoma State University and his Master’s degree at East Central University. He will continue his academic studies at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, for an  MBA starting in August 2023. Rhett lives an active lifestyle, so you will find him conquering challenges and pushing his limits to improve daily. He is an avid golfer, learner, and achiever. Rhett is also a devoted husband and loving father, and his wife is expecting their second child in August of 2023. He is eager to begin the next chapter of his life, where he will focus on leading his family and helping others succeed, and ultimately aims to leave this world a better place.
