ETHAN WHITFIELD

Ethan is a retired US Army Special Forces Soldier with twenty-three years of active-duty service. He is pursuing his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville in Organizational Leadership and Adult education.

Ethan was born and raised in Tallahassee, Fl and grew up playing football and baseball. He joined the Army as an Airborne Ranger after High School. After completing his training, Ethan served at 1st Ranger Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, and US Army Special Operations Command where he deployed sixteen times, including to the Philippines, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan.

After graduating from the University of Louisville in the Fall of 2022, Ethan will pursue a Masters of Business Administration. Ethan’s plan is to help organizations develop high performing cultures where employees can thrive and develop themselves.
