Ross is a graduate of the George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  He has over 12 years of service in Naval Special Warfare during which the majority of his deployment experience was in the Middle East.  Ross has led special operations at the tactical and operational levels and loves what he does. 

Ross is pursuing his MBA at The University of Pennsylvania to build upon his military experience and gain an academic perspective on leading highly effective organizations and personal growth.  Following school, Ross intends to return to the SEAL Teams and continue to lead and work beside some of the finest men and women the nation has to offer.
