Georgetown University McDonough School of Business - Masters in Finance

Brian F. is an active-duty Navy Seal who is pursuing his graduate degree in finance at Georgetown University.  In 2011 he completed Seal Training and went on to serve at Seal Team 7, Training Detachment 1, and Naval Special Warfare Center. He earned his undergraduate at George Washington University in Leadership for Emergency Action and Disaster Response in 2019.

After finishing his fourth deployment with Seal Team 7 he rotated to the NSWCEN where he now focuses on the instruction for the Navy Seal officer selection and assessment. In his current position he is extremely grateful for the opportunity to purse his education that is coinciding with his military commitment. He is at 16 years of Active-Duty service, a father to three children (ages 2, 4, & 6), and has been married for 10 years. 

Brian is pursuing his education at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business to gain foundational knowledge in the financial aspects of business. He plans to separate from the Navy in 2026 and become a CFA charter holder.
