Chad Cox

Navy SEAL - 9 years of service

University of Michigan Ross School of Business - MBA

Chad served in the United States Navy for 9 years. Prior to the Navy, Chad grew up in Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University and graduated with a BS in Accounting. Chad knew he was not destined for a desk in an accounting firm, so shortly after graduation he joined the Navy. Chad served as a sniper, point man, medic, and advanced diver for two deployments with SEAL Team Five to PACOM and CENTCOM.

Chad is currently working for a precious metals firm in New Orleans. He has been accepted into the University of Michigan Ross School of Business where he plans to obtain his MBA. He wants to learn the language of the business world, expand his network, and immerse himself in a diverse cohort. His ultimate goal is to pursue a career in entrepreneurship.
