Collin D'Antonio

Army Night Stalker - 10 years of service

University of Michigan Ross School of Business - MBA

Collin grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico and after witnessing the attacks on 9/11 was inspired to join the Military to defend those who could not defend themselves. After high school, he attended the United States Military Academy at West Point. Collin was commissioned into active duty in 2014 as an Aviation Officer at Hunter Army Airfield. After completing Flight School and a 9-month deployment to Afghanistan, Collin continued his service by trying out for the Army Special Operations Aviation Regiment. The Night Stalkers. Upon completion of training, Collin deployed to Afghanistan again and to Niger. During his deployments, Collin was humbled by the immense amount of morally ambiguous decisions that a combat theater requires of its men and women in uniform with an incredibly small amount of time to process it.

Collin will pursue his MBA at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a focus in finance to equip him with the tools necessary to build organizational designs for ethical and effective decision-making by implementing control strategies within high finance. He hopes to affect organizational culture and ethical decision-making within corporate America.
