Dane M.

Dane is an active duty member of the United States Navy SEAL Teams. Originally from Florida, Dane has been a member of the SEAL community for over twenty years and is also a husband and loving father of two. While on active duty, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston. He has completed twelve combat deployments in support of the Global War on Terror and has held a diverse set of leadership roles. He recently completed a successful tour as a SEAL Troop Master Chief, where he was responsible for the strategic guidance and operational implementation of a 25-man SEAL Troop. Dane will remain on active duty at his current assignment in Naval Special Warfare while he completes his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary. He hopes that what he learns will apply to more than just his unit or Command, but to all that he touches in his remaining Naval career and beyond.
