Eric is a native of Maryland and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from University of San Diego in 2003.  He was commissioned in the United States Navy in 2006 after graduating Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, FL.  Following his commissioning, he reported to Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training in Coronado, California and graduated with Class 262, and subsequently graduated SEAL Qualification Training with Class 263.

Eric’s first duty station was SEAL Team FIVE (ST-5) in San Diego, CA where he completed combat deployments to Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan, and East Africa.   Eric checked into Naval Special Warfare Development Group in March 2016, where he served as Troop Commander and Executive Officer for an Assault Squadron.  During this time, he completed numerous deployments and participated in national level contingency operations.   Eric currently works in the Operations Department for the West Coast SEAL Teams and is attending the University of California Los Angeles, Anderson School of Business for an Executive MBA. 

Eric is happily married to his wife, Kristen, of 15 years and has two children who are 8 and 10 years old.
