Navy SEAL - 9 years of service
UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine - MD
Jack Ogden grew up in Houston and graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2016. Upon graduation and commissioning, Jack successfully completed Basic Underwater Demolition / SEAL training with BUD/S class 326. While at SEAL Team One Jack held operational and tactical leadership roles with deployed elements across Africa and the Arabian Peninsula, working closely with the state department, foreign leaders, and allied intelligence agencies. Jack also worked at Naval Special Warfare Command and in private equity as a software investor at Vista Equity Partners.
Jack had multiple surgeries on each leg from injuries in the Navy that drove his interest in medicine and attendance at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. Jack is grateful for a challenging and rewarding SEAL career and honored to be an Ambassador for the Glen Doherty Memorial Foundation.
