Army Green Beret - 13 years of service
University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business - MBA
Pat grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and is the youngest of 3 children. The attacks on September 11 and the ensuing conflicts inspired him to join the U.S. Army. In 2010, Pat enlisted in the army with the goal of becoming a Green Beret and completed Special Forces training in 2012.
While assigned to 10th SFG(A), Pat completed deployments to Eastern Europe, Central Africa, and Iraq, where he served as a communication sergeant. In 2017, he left active duty and began working as a contractor for The U.S. Government, supporting operations abroad.
Pat’s experiences overseas gave him a first-hand look at the hardships people living in developing regions face. These experiences galvanized a lifelong resolve to improve people’s lives in developing nations. Pat will pursue his MBA at The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, focusing on finance. He hopes to bring meaningful change to the developing world through economic development projects and private equity initiatives in emerging markets.
