Samuel Blair

Samuel grew up in Southern California and is a 2006 graduate of the Franciscan University of Steubenville with a B.S in Business Management and a B.A. in Theology. His experiences following graduation include serving alongside the Missionaries of Charity in Ethiopia, working as a deckhand onboard a commercial fishing vessel in Alaska and working as a beach lifeguard in San Diego. In 2008 Samuel entered a career in Naval Special Warfare after completing Officer Candidate School. His experiences vary from leading tactical operations to managing indigenous civil-military programs and growing strategic international partnerships. He has deployed to Africa, and the Middle East as well as throughout Latin America. He is honored to be a recipient of support from the Glen Doherty Memorial Foundation.
