ZACH RILEY

University  of Charleston / Doctorate of Executive Leadership

Zach has a Doctorate of Executive Leadership from the University of Charleston. Originally from Michigan, Zach enlisted in the Navy in 2000 and continues to serve as an active-duty member planning to transition out of the military in Spring of 2026.

Zach has served in various leadership positions at Special Boat Teams, Naval Special Warfare Units overseas, and other NSW commands. He has fulfilled positions as an NSW Operator, Naval High-Risk Instructor, Country Engagement Officer and Staff Officer. Zach has completed eight deployments encompassing Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the Pacific Theater. 

Zach has an interest in pursuing a career in academia, leadership consulting, or business. He is excited to someday join the ranks of an organization whose purpose is to shape future ethical leaders for positive change.
